The Board is requested to approve a purchase of goods contract with Huber Technology, Inc. in the amount of $124,441 for one Launder Type Screenings Washer and to authorize the County Manager to execute the purchase of goods contract with Huber Technology, Inc.
Alignment With Strategic Plan: This action is in accordance with Durham County Strategic Plan Goal 4: “Environmental Stewardship and Community Prosperity,” as this project will increase the operational efficiency of the Triangle Wastewater Treatment Plant (TWWTP) by minimizing the amount of rags and other debris washed downstream to the other treatment units.

County Manager’s Recommendation:
