The Board is requested to issue a proclamation declaring October 11 - 17, 2020 as National Case Management Week in Durham County.
National Case Management Week is an annual weeklong celebration of this essential health care practice to recognize the dedication, compassion and patient care outcomes achieved by the members of the Case Management Department throughout the community and across the care continuum. Case Managers, Clinical Social Workers and Utilization Managers are making a difference for the citizens of Durham.

Resource Persons: Kathryn Flanagan, Director of Case Management & Clinical Social Work at Duke University Hospital and Marcia Moulton, Director of Case Management at Duke Regional Hospital
County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board issue a proclamation declaring October 11 - 17, 2020 as National Case Management Week in Durham County.
