The Board is requested to approve this resolution that was requested by Commissioner Nida Allam to commemorate the lives of Deah Barakat, Yusor Abu-Salha and Razan Abu-Salha who lived their young lives in dedication to serving communities locally and globally. These young people were in the midst of pursuing education in the fields of dentistry, biological science and architecture when in early 2015, their lives were cut short by a violent act. Commissioner Allam will address this item.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board approve the resolution and present to Commissioner Allam to share with the family.
