The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to amend the contract agreement with First Flight Technologies LLC in the amount of $52,155 for a (new total of $92,055), using IS&T's current fiscal year 2023-2024 operating budget.
This request is for a full-time SAP ABAP (advanced business application programming) developer to collaborate with the County's internal SAP support team. The developer processes enhancement and new development requests that arise throughout the year. This service is essential as the list of SAP service requests continues to expand. The pending end-of-life cycle for the current SAP solution requires modification and corrections which cannot currently be serviced internally. This vendor is familiar with our specific requirements and has a proven track record of successful collaboration on prior projects as well as having effectively assisted in numerous ad hoc requests through the years. Additionally, this resource equips internal personnel with the means to strategize upcoming work requests for the year and address pending requests and projects more effectively.
