The Board is requested to approve Capital Project Amendment No. 25CPA00006 transferring $6,800,568.99 of available Debt Service Fund dollars to the PAYGO Fund to increase the total project budget of the Multi-Department Radio and Tower Capital Project (4330DC005) by $6,189,247.08, and approve an $7,740,324.20 contract with Motorola Solutions, Inc. to upgrade, replace and install public safety radio equipment for the Durham County Sheriff's Office, Durham County Office of Emergency Services, and Durham County Public Health. The Board is also requested to create a new capital project with funding ($317,834.30) to support Durham Public Schools radio communications, and to create a new capital project with funding ($293,487.61) to support Durham Technical Community College's radio communications.
