Request for Board Action:

Agenda Text

The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to enter into a contract in the amount of $120,556.05 with Brady Trane utilizing funds allocated for this project. Funding for this repair is currently available in the FY 2024-25 operational budget. The contract will allow for the replacement of the AFD drive for Chiller #2. The drive is a critical component of the chiller, and its failure has caused the Chiller to become inoperable.

The County Manager also recommends the Board allow the County Manager to sign off on subsequent extensions, change orders, or amendments associated with this contract as necessary to continue services.
