The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to enter into a service contract in the amount of $101,808.84 with Just A Clean House (JACH) Inc. to operate a six- bed transitional living facility for individuals receiving services from the Durham County Justice Services Department. The funding for this contract has been included in the Justice Services Department’s FY 24-25 approved budget.
