The Board is requested to approve the Durham County Appointees of the Joint Durham Housing Initiative Taskforce. This taskforce also includes members selected by the City of Durham and the Board of Education.
The Durham County Appointees are as follows:
• Heidi Carter - BOCC liaison
• JB Buxton - Durham Technical Community College
• Grace Jones - Durham Regional Association of Realtors
• David Krispel - Jubilee Home
• Geoff Durham - Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce
• Sally Wilson - Project Access
• Ann Oshel - Alliance Health
• Sheldon Mitchell - Urban Ministries
• Jasmine Rivera or Tasha Melvin - Families Moving Forward
Alignment with Strategic Plan: This item aligns with the following Strategic Plans - Healthy and Inclusive Community, Empowered Community and Regional Leadership.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board approve the Durham County Appointees of the Joint Durham Housing Initiative Taskforce.
