The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to amend the current MSJ contract - Fr# 24-1382 - in the amount of $12,100.69, utilizing funds available in the CIP budget. This amendment will allow General Services to replace glass in the Detention Center service yard security office. The current contract amount is $699,750.00, the amendment will increase this to $711,850.69. The County Manager also recommends the Board allow the County Manager to sign off on subsequent extensions, change orders, or amendments associated with this contract as necessary to continue services as required as long as funds are available. The contract is supported by Capital Project WBS 4190420030084101. All funds for this project are already earmarked in the fund center for use. There is currently $1,628,029.00 available in the fund.
