The Board is requested to approve a contract with Ultimate Staffing for $128,550.00. The contract is for temporary staffing for call center representatives (Tax Assistants) and Commercial Appraisers. This will account for the need for temporary staff to assist with the Commercial appraisal workload and the increase in calls associated with the 2025 Revaluation.
Ultimate Staffing is a temporary staffing agency that has been in business for over 30 years. They have been contracting with various departments throughout the County since 2018.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board approve a contract with Ultimate Staffing through August 31, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $128,550.00.
