The Board is requested to approve the resolution celebrating the safe return of Keith Siegel to his family.
Triangle native Keith Siegel was taken captive over 15 months ago during the terrorist attack carried out on October 7, 2023. The safe return of Keith Siegel to his family symbolizes not only his triumph but also the collective support of the Durham community and the broader North Carolina community.
