The Board is requested to approve a contract with Flooring by Design, in the amount of $88,674.95 to demolish old carpets, baseboards and install new carpets and baseboards at Agriculture Building. The installation contractor will provide a one-year installation warranty, and all applicable manufacturers warranties.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board authorize the County Manager to enter into contract with Flooring by Design in the amount of
$88,674.95 to replace and install new carpets in the Agriculture Building. The County Manager also recommends the Board allow the County Manager to sign off on subsequent extensions, change orders, or amendments associated with this contract as necessary to continue service as required as long as funds are available in the CIP Programs.
