The Board is requested to approve Capital Project Amendment No.27CPA012 and Budget Ordinance Amendment No.27BCC023 appropriating and transferring $1,000,000 in Unrestricted Opioid Funds to a new Unrestricted Opioid PayGo Fund to support the new JSD Durham County Transition House Capital Project (4370DC002) and authorize the Manager to execute documents to effectuate the purchase pending final approval by the County Attorney’s Office. This amendment would also reduce the existing JSD Transition House Capital project by $1,007,333 in PAYGO funding and transfer the PAYGO funding back to the Debt Service Fund to support future Durham County initiatives.
