The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to enter into a contract in the amount of $51,445.00 with Envirotrol LLC, utilizing General Service operational funds allocated for this project. This contract will allow for Eddy Current Testing at Admin I and II, Health and Human Services, County Courthouse and the Detention Center. Eddy Current Testing is a nondestructive method of testing the integrity of chiller tube bundles.
The County Manager also recommends the Board allow the County Manager to sign off on subsequent extensions, change orders, or amendments associated with this contract as necessary to continue services within the operational Budget.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board authorize the County Manager to enter into a contract with Envirotrol LLC. in the amount of $51,445.00 to perform Eddy Current Testing at various County facilities. The County Manager also recommends the Board allow the County Manager to sign off on subsequent extensions, change orders, or amendments associated with this contract as necessary to continue services as required as long as funds are available. Funding for this repair is currently available in the FY 2024-25 operational budget.
