The Board is requested to review and provide comments on the proposed Evaluation and Assessment Report (EAR) of the Comprehensive Plan changes. The public hearing is scheduled for August 10, 2026.

To receive the report and review and provide comments.
Summary
This phase of the EAR contains staff recommendations for amendments to policies of the Comprehensive Plan. The proposed amendments aim to provide clarity, reduce inconsistencies, and refine the existing Comprehensive Plan Consistency Review document that is currently included with packet materials for zoning map change and annexation requests.
