The Durham County Manager presents the FY 2026-27 Annual Budget Ordinance to the Durham County Board of Commissioners for approval. This submission is in accordance with the Local Government Budget & Fiscal Control Act which requires adoption of the annual budget, no later than July 1, 2026.
Alignment with Strategic Plan: This aligns with the Strategic Plan Focus Area of High Performing Organization

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board approve the FY 2026-27 Budget Ordinance.
