The Board is requested to review and approve the proposed Orange Factory Heritage Community Resolution.
Motion
To adopt a resolution designating Orange Factory as a Heritage Community.
Summary
The community of Orange Factory seeks the County of Durham’s recognition as a Heritage Community, and its associated benefits. The Planning & Development Department established a “Heritage Communities” program to honor and celebrate historical communities in Durham County.
