To celebrate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, each of the original Carnegie Libraries still in operation will receive a gift of $10,000.00 each. The libraries “May use the funds however they wish to celebrate the 250th anniversary, further their mission, and benefit their community.”
