The Board is requested to approve an amendment and authorization to proceed with Schneider Geospatial, LLC. The Department of Tax Administration previously contracted with the vendor for products and services during the 2025-2026 fiscal year totaling $129,996. The requested amendment is due to the need for AppraisalEst Professional Services, which is not included in the previously contracted scope of services. The amount of this service is $7,875 which increases the initial contracted amount of $129,996 to a new total of $137,871. The initial $129,996 has already been paid for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
