The Board is requested authorize the County Manager to enter into a $56,900.00 contract with Scottie’ Building Services to provide exterior & interior window washing for six County Buildings: Admin II, Health & Human Services, Main Library, Southwest Library, South Library and North Regional Library in the amount of $56,900.00. It has been several years since this service has been provided and the buildings are in need of this maintenance. Funding source is the Janitorial operational budget 4190520000 miscellaneous contracted services account.
Alignment with Strategic Plan: Improve environmental performance of County buildings, infrastructure aligns with Goal 4 (Environmental Stewardship) of the Strategic Plan.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board authorizes the County Manager to enter into a $56,900.00 Contract with Scottie’ Building Services to provide exterior & interior window washing for six County Buildings: Admin II, Health & Human Services, Main Library, Southwest Library, South Library and North Regional Library in the amount of $56,900.00.
