The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to enter into a contract with Convergint Technologies LLC for the renewal of the licenses for the Lenel S2 video management server and access control server software in the amount of $129,845.31. The renewal of the software licenses will enable DCo to update the systems firmware, allow software updates, and add new site additions to the county's 28 video management servers as well as enterprise access control servers and maintain those server's software licenses. Funding for this contract is in the current budget; no new funding is needed.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board authorize the County Manager to execute a contract with Convergint Technologies LLC for necessary Lenel S2 software licenses, in the amount of $129,845.31.
