The Board is requested to conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the Assessment Report (EAR) of the Comprehensive Plan.

To conduct a public hearing to receive comments and consider the following motion:
Motion 1: To adopt a resolution amending the Durham Comprehensive Plan by incorporating revisions to section 2.4 Policies and Actions.
Summary
This phase of the EAR contains staff recommendations for amendments to policies of the Comprehensive Plan. The proposed amendments aim to provide clarity, reduce inconsistencies, and refine the existing Comprehensive Plan Consistency Review document that is currently included with packet materials for zoning map change and annexation requests.
