The Board is requested to approve the donation of (6) surplus vehicles from the Sheriff’s Office to Durham Tech Police Department. All of the selected vehicles have met the County’s vehicle replacement criteria and General Services has approved this request.
Please see the supplemental document regarding the County’s surplus/replacement policy and details about the vehicles selected to be donated including year and mileage.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board approve the donation of (6) surplus vehicles from the Sheriff’s Office to Durham Tech Police Department. All of the selected vehicles have met the County’s vehicle replacement criteria and General Services has approved this request.
