1. Apply to be a Student Election Assistant - Do you know a high school student interested in getting paid to support the Durham community and our democracy? The Durham County Board of Elections is looking for Student Election Assistants! 2. CIAA Track and Field Championships on May 2-3 - The CIAA will host its annual Track and Field Championship meet at Durham County Memorial Stadium (750 Stadium Drive) on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3. Gates open at 8 a.m. each day, with events starting at 9 a.m. For more information, visit https://theciaa.com/tournaments/?id=352.

Bullseye Awards Nomination - The "2025 Bullseye Awards" was developed to honor organizations/person(s) who are making significant contributions to their community through their time, actions, talents and dedication. The honorees selected should serve as role models for compassion and service and be striving to make Durham a better place.
