The Board is requested to approve Budget Ordinance Amendment No. 26BCC013 Public Health to Recognize $13,826 from the NC DHHS Division of Public Health Epidemiology Section Communicable Disease Section Branch for Health Screenings

 

This grant provides funding to the Local Health Department (LHD) to help support activities associated with the number of refugee arrivals to Durham County, which has exceeded expectations with an increased number of screenings, for a new total 800 screenings.

 

The Board of Health has approved this amendment.
