The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to enter into a janitorial services contract with Joy Cleaning Service LLC for Admin I and William Bell Building in the annual amount of $257,100.00, plus $23,088.00 annually for restaurant cleaning services, for a total annual contract amount of $280,188.00, subject to the review and approval of the County Attorney's Office, for fiscal year (FY) 2026-2027 with the option to renew annually for an additional 4 fiscal years, each ending June 30. Funding is available in the current FY 2026-2027 budget.

The Focus on a Safe & Resilient Community under Objective SR 2 – Create happy, healthy, and safe places for residents and County employees. Overall, this action supports the County’s goal of delivering efficient, dependable, and high-quality services while protecting and maintaining County facilities and resources for long-term public use.
