The Board is requested to approve the following unsealed Closed Session Minutes that the County Attorney has determined that public inspection would no longer frustrate the purpose of a closed session.

All minutes were related to the following statute: To consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body, to discuss the National Opioid Litigation which privilege is hereby acknowledged; pursuant to G. S. 143- 318.11(a)(3)
The minutes have been sent to the Board under separate cover.
