The Board is requested to recognize a recent award received by Durham County’s Information Services and Technology department.
Durham County has received a National Association of Counties Award for an innovative program that modernizes county government and increase services to county residents.
In May 2018, Durham County was recognized by the National Association of Counties with a 2018 Achievement Award for the development and implementation of a Court Date Reminder Application. This system was developed in collaboration with the Criminal Justice Resource Center. This is in recognition of Durham County’s ongoing work which represents a "culture" of excellence through technology governance and practices.
Your recognition of these achievements made by the entire staff of IS&T, and departmental partners is appreciated!
