The Board is requested to approve Budget Ordinance Amendment No. 27BCC043 recognizing $62,500 from the FY25 EMPG to grant expenditure authority to the City/County Emergency Management Division through the OES Department. Proceeds of this grant will support the Emergency Management program in Durham.
Alignment with Strategic Plan: This item aligns with Durham County Focus Area 3: Safe and Resilient Community Initiative 2a: Innovate and strengthen emergency response and prevention systems
