The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to approve a contract amendment to extend the contract end date to June 30, 2027, for the Alliance Health contract for the Forensic Community Support team. The Forensic Community Support Team contract was initially approved in FY 2023. Due to several delays in the contract approval process, the contract services did not begin until December 2025. The Forensic Community Support Team was created to assist with the continuity of care of individuals awaiting Mental Health services and support in the community. The FCST is up and running and providing the services as outlined in the Scope of Services. Funding in the amount of $494,000 for the FCST team has already been encumbered by the Department in FY 25-26. The contract amendment will allow for the continuation of services under the initial agreement through June 30, 2027.
