The Board is requested to approve the reappointment of Phillip Golden and George K. Quick to Durham seats on the Area Board of Alliance Behavioral Healthcare.
Mr. Golden is recommended for reappointment due to his experience and service on Alliance Finance and Quality Management Committees. Mr. Quick is recommended for reappointment for his financial expertise and service on Alliance Finance Committee. Alliance Behavioral Healthcare Board of Directors voted unanimously to recommend Mr. Golden and Mr. Quick for reappointment.
ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: Phillip Golden and George Quick's reappointment will enhance Alliance's efforts to improve the quality of life for Durham citizens through management of behavioral health services as referenced in Durham County's Health and Well-being for All goal.

COUNTY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION: The County Manager recommends that the Board approve the reappointment of Phillip Golden and George Quick to the Area Board of Alliance Behavioral Healthcare.
