The Board is requested to approve Budget Ordinance Amendment No. 18BCC000028 to recognize funds in the amount of $15,161 from the University of North Carolina-Chapel to support the Formerly Incarcerated Transition (FIT) Program implementation.

 

UNC-Chapel Hill received a Duke Endowment grant to help administer the FIT Program in Durham and Orange Counties.  The Durham County Department of Public Health is a sub-recipient of the grant and funds will be administered by UNC-Chapel.

 

The Board of Health has approved this amendment.

 

Please note that this amendment requires no additional County funds.
