The Board is requested to approve Durham Center for Senior Life’s request to realign $14,223 HCCBG funding from Adult Day Health, and $31,099 from Adult Day Care to cover costs for transportation services. Since the realignment of funds is 5% of the total allocation, the Board of Commissioners are requested to review and approve the reallocation.
