The Board is requested to authorize the County Manager to execute the annual maintenance contract between Durham County and Granicus, LLC in the amount of $53,577.12 through June 30, 2019, and for future renewals through June 30, 2021 up to $59,068.77. The vendor provides maintenance and support for the Clerk to the Board’s Office for live streaming of the Board of County Commissioners’ meetings and Legistar to include the meeting agenda suite, and minutes.
