The Board is requested to amend its 2018 Board of County Commissioners’ Meeting Schedule and adopt a new schedule.
Due to inclement weather, the Board of County Commissioners’ had to cancel its regular session scheduled on December 10, 2018. The open meetings law under the North Carolina General Statues § 153A-40 for Regular and Special Meetings requires public agencies to call a special meeting to set a new schedule for changes to the original schedule.
