The Board is requested to approve Budget Ordinance Amendment No.19BCC000021 appropriating $263,438 of General Fund Fund Balance and execute the attached contract with TriTech Software Systems for services related to the upgrade of computer aided dispatch (CAD) and Mobile systems for the Sheriff’s Office. The proposed compensation for this contract is in the amount of $263,438 and the proposed scope of services and contract are attached. The Board of County Commissioners appropriated $265,000 in the FY 2017-18 adopted budget for the purpose of this upgrade. The work was not able to be completed in FY2017-18 and the unspent funds “fell” to General Fund Fund Balance, and is being re-appropriated for the same purpose.
