1. Managing your Pain Before it Manages You! - Learn about what you can do to help manage your pain without medications on Wednesday, April 24th from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. at the Durham Center for Senior Life (Theater) located on 406 Rigsbee Ave.

Registration is not required but preferred as light refreshments will be provided. Please sign up at http://bit.ly/WiseWell.

2. National Get on Board Day - In an effort to celebrate and encourage new ridership, GoTriangle will be offering a downloadable day pass to be used for one (1) day between April 22 and April 26. Free passes are available at www.gotriangle.org/getonboard and can be downloaded to your smartphone or printed out for usage.

3. Expanding Housing Choices: Community Conversation - Join us on Saturday, April 27th from 9a.m. - 12p.m. at the Walltown Park Recreation Center on 1308 W. Club Blvd to learn more about the initiative of housing options, varies perspectives on these issues and to provide comments and guidance.

Children activities will be provided, and interpretation services will also be available. For more information please email the Planning Department at ehc@durhamnc.gov

4. Microsoft ManCode Camp - ManCode is a one-day Tech Conference aimed to provide technological, educational and life skills training opportunities for young minority boys in under-represented areas.

The Program will take place Saturday, May 4th at North Carolina Central University. For registration and general information please contact Edmond Lewis, MBK Manager at 919-560-8154.
