The Board is requested to approve the attached resolutions accepting and certifying the results of the 2022 General Obligation Bond Referendum and authorize the publication of the Statement of Results. The Board will also acknowledge leadership from Durham County Government, Durham Public Schools, Durham Technical Community College and the Museum of Life and Science for their roles in providing information and facts on the three general obligation bonds. Further, the Board will acknowledge the leadership and volunteers involved with the 2022 Bond Referendum Blue Ribbon Committee.

County Manager’s Recommendation: The County Manager recommends that the Board approve the attached resolutions accepting and certifying the results of the 2022 General Obligation Bond Referendum and authorize the publication of the Statement of Results.
